 |  Ecconomical place to stayThe hotel is quite old but is being revamped. Rooms are small but adequate. We had a corner sea view room which was great. The room and linen were clean . If you are looking for somewhere that is economical and just somewhere to sleep this was ideal. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and was perfectly adequate  Posted By: Nigel |
| STAFF HAD GOLDEN SMILING FACES I stayed 5 nights in that hotel.The reception lady her face was full of happiness.The security guard was also friendly.The room was specious i.e. double room,each room had sufficient facilities, though there was no telephone.The room had a sea view as well as air condition. The room itself was tidy and clean with colour TV The break fast was superb, and the staff serving the breakfast had smilling face all the way, to mantion,Buhle and her counterpart. | It was the most pleasant stay and the best experience i have ever had. The view of the ocean from our room, the food was good, the staff was friendly and helpful.it was easy to get around and information provided was correct all the time, and there were no hidden cost, even the pictures that we saw on the internet about the hotel was exactly what we got and the best is what we got. | We were booked as a group of eight ladies from the 05th October to the 7th October 2012 and we truly enjoyed. Thank you for the hospitality it was truly wonderful. | I was in Parade Hotel just a week ago but the memories are still stuck up in my head. The hotel staff just never disappoints, thank you so much for the warm welcome and hospitality and mostly thank you so much to Brenda. Parade's star grading should now be increased to 4 stars. | I came for a short holiday to Durban in January 12. The lady I spoke to reserved my place at last minute and was very helpful getting me a very nice room. I had to check out later then the check out time and reception organised a room for me for free of charge while I wait and that made my trip worthwhile to see that they take care of customers. | I visited the Parade Hotel this Easter weekend (06 to 08/04/2012)and we had a ball. We are used to check in at 15h00pm at other hotels, but we were allowed to checked in early at 8h30 am., yoo it was a surprise to me and my sister and we where really tired because we traveled the whole night to make it to Durbs early. The staff where very helpful the place was clean and the breakfast, was out of this world. I don't mind visiting again and referring my friends and family to the Parade, we had a great stay there. | Thank you for the warm hospitality shown towards my parents who booked in on 23 March 2012. They stayed in room 305.
